Add new event

To create your own registration form, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign up in elektronicznezapisy.pl by registering new account.
2. Activate your account by clicking activating link sent on your email address (sometimes it could be found in spam).
3. Send terms and regulation of your event via mail on: biuro@elektronicznezapisy.pl.
4. Wait for us to contact you, it wouldn't be longer than 3 working days. We will create registration form for you, sign your account to it and then call you to walk you through form administration.
5. If, in the future, you would like to create any further registration forms, call us and answer few simple questions. If everything would be right, we will give you ability to create forms by your own at any time.
